I have been practicing yoga for over six years.
Yoga is an art, a way of life, and a method to feel good in my body, in harmony with myself and others.
I continue to learn every day - I attend seminars and have found a variety of yoga styles. As I teach, I try to communicate the sensations I experience in the practice with the hope that it will reach some of the students, at least so they may too experience the enchantment of yoga. Yoga gifted me the awareness, to be myself, to live in the present, and to enjoy every moment of life.

Polina began to enter the vast field of yoga in 2011 and quickly realized that it was what was missing from her life. She began finding answers and expressions of inwardly perceived truths about the body, mind and spirit. She joyfully continues this life-long learning process.
In 2000, she graduated in Psychology and until 2014 she worked as a social services coordinator for children, women and adults who were victims of abuse. Since 2014, she has devoted herself to the science and art of Yoga and Ayurveda. The next 3 years she studied and worked at the Iyenar Institute of Los Angeles. She is certified as a yoga instructor through Dan Ward Yoga, and has completed 2 years of training in Ayurveda and a 1000-hour practicum at the Southern California University of Health Sciences Clinic. In the spring of 2016 she returned to Bulgaria after living in the USA for 20 years.
